Assumption’s Daycare is ONE!

Assumption’s daycare has passed it’s one year anniversary of it’s opening!  November 1, 2021 was daycare’s first day with children, and only had three enrolled students.  Daycare has been open for 15 months and has 32 enrolled students ages 33 months to kindergarten!!

The daycare is more than just a place for students to play while their parents are at work…staff follow the owl curriculum, teaching letter identification and sounds, colors, shapes, and beginning handwriting, while also teaching students how to socialize with their peers.  

Open 7am to 5:45pm, Monday through Friday, daycare boasts a 1 to 10 adult to student ratio.  Each day, students receive breakfast, 2 snacks and Ms. Juli’s lunch along with outdoor recess and nap time.  

Students participate in many of the same activities that the school age students participate in, such as Catholic Schools Week, the school St. Valentine’s Day party, Trunk or Treat, Advent and Lent giving projects, and Field Day.
